What happens after I share my event?
We use your event details to gather food truck proposals. You review the menu lineup and total price before choosing a truck.
Do I have to pay to see proposals?
No. Review your proposals first. You pay when you choose and hire a food truck.
How is my payment handled?
25% of the truck's price goes to them 5 days ahead so they can shop and prep for your event. The balance is held until 72 business hours after service.
Can I ask for a menu change?
Yes. Open a proposal to review the menu lineup and request food changes before you book.
What if my food truck does not show up?
For a confirmed, funded booking, we arrange a comparable replacement or refund your event total. Report the issue on the day of your event. The guarantee does not cover problems caused by the host, such as an inaccessible venue.Read the full terms.
